Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including VAT reporting and filing.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for landlords, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Pay utility bills and related expenses on time to prevent service interruptions.
• Maintain organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report the company’s financial performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support overall department goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the Real Estate or Holiday Homes industry.
• VAT Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in VAT regulations, filing, and compliance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Language: Fluent in English.
